UDO is a collective of skating and non-skating officials from across Wisconsin, working together to:

• Provide training, mentorship, and certification support

• Coordinate game staffing and maintain a Good Standing list of active officials

• Promote safe, inclusive, and professional officiating environments

• Strengthen interleague connections through shared resources and communication
