UDO is a collective of skating and non-skating officials from across Wisconsin, working together to:
Provide training, mentorship, and certification support
Coordinate game staffing and maintain a Good Standing list of active officials
Promote safe, inclusive, and professional officiating environments
Strengthen interleague connections through shared resources and communication
