I started my adventure in roller derby as a skater in 2018. After a few (3) concussions, I transitioned to officiating in early 2024.

Since then, I’ve racked up quite a few games (here’s my history if you would like to take a gander) by officiating with my home league, Madison Roller Derby, and multiple large tournaments (Skate Wars, anyone?).

My largest contribution to the roller derby community would be my effort as a founder of United Derby Officials - Wisconsin. I’ve been here since the concept was first presented to me at Have a Nice Day 2024. Since then, we’ve grown from a brainstorming session to the fledgling organization you see today.

As Education Officer, here’s a few things I’m working towards:

• Creating a core clinic that any league can use to train officials at every level

• Hosting quarterly clinics in the region (and some online!)

• Becoming a resource to any group of officials who would like to create their own region under the UDO banner

• and lots more! Think Rollercon presentations, youtube, officiating skills trackers, mentorship program, etc.
